At any time you are welcome to contact us regarding questions you may have on a particular item or to make an offer on an item. All reasonable offers for items will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to refusal or counter-offers. We will try to respond to all offers within 72 hours. However, please be advised that some of our items are in great demand and may be sold before we are able to review your offer.
We suggest that if you find an item that you “must have” for your collection or investment, that you purchase it before someone else does as our entire inventory is available online for purchase through PayPal.
We only accept payment through PayPal (including credit/debit, and echeck) and DO NOT accept payment through personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or direct credit/debit card charge.

Shipping:
Shipping prices for our items vary according to price and destination. Most items will ship USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Select items will ship USPS Express Mail with Insurance and Signature Confirmation.
Third Party Grading:
In most cases, we have had our items graded by a third-party grader (TPG). We prefer to sell notes graded by PMG as they appear to be the most conservative grading company at this juncture in the TPG business. However, items that have not been third party graded are guaranteed to be authentic. We DO NOT sell items that are non-authentic! Items that are not graded by a third party are described and graded according to collector-oriented grading standards where possible and are heat-sealed in a plastic archival holder for their protection.
Returns:
If you are not fully satisfied with your items, we offer a 5 business day money back guarantee. Simply return the item(s) in their original unopened holder and we will give you a full refund.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to return the item(s) to us. In all cases item(s) must be returned in the same manner in which they are shipped (for example, USPS Priority Mail Insured with Signature Confirmation).
However, we DO NOT accept returns for items damaged by the purchaser; this includes damage to the currency or coin holder. Please contact us within 5 business days after receiving your item to notify us you will be returning the item. Once we receive your return, we will process your full refund within 48 hours.
